VTLWaveNet operates an extensive long distance network connecting UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and New York.
The network includes 40 points-of-presence (PoPs) in 19 key cities.
In addition to the long distance network, VTLWaveNet operates metro networks in the main European business centres: London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.
With this network we provide our customers with direct access to the most important Internet Exchanges and Carrier houses.
We have equipped the network with multi-vendor DWDM and SDH rings from leading global equipment vendors.
The latest Next Generation service overlay plus Multi-service provisioning platform delivers Ethernet services in addition to the traditional Leased Line circuits and the Pan-European IP Network supports MPLS VPNs as well as providing IP Transit services.
In addition, we have just finalised a network upgrade with the latest high capacity optical DWDM technology from Huawei.
With this technology we offer high speed wavelength services up to 10Gbps as a standard, delivering these high bandwidths in the timeframes you require and at an attractive price. We look to add 40Gbps to our portfolio this year.
The network is continuously monitored and managed round the clock by our Network Operations Centre. This means guaranteed levels of availability, performance and continuity of service.
